Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and comprehensively manage the accounting closing process for the countries within the Region, in alignment with the established schedule.
· Plan and develop the company's annual budget by conducting information-gathering meetings with different departments and performing financial analysis of their operations.
· Coordination and oversight of compliance during external financial audits and corporate audit.
· Manage and oversee the administration of bank accounts based on the assigned planning, coordinating bank transfers and payments to Esco Corporation.
· Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
· Degree in accounting, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.

• Master's in Corporate Finance or MBA (Desirable)
· 10 years of experience performing job-related functions·

- 5 years of experience in industrial sector companies.

- Others: English advance level, IFRS, Knowledge of tax and labor regulations.
