As a Senior Content Analyst, you will be the insight engine behind Telstra's content strategy, tracking and reporting on content consumption across digital channels and helping the Content Group understand what works and what doesn't. You will work with data and insights to build out content performance KPI's and dashboards that can track the effectiveness of personalised content modules and more. You will collaborate with other analysts across the business unit to connect content performance with broader trading, loyalty, and engagement outcomes.
Requirements
- Monitor and report on content consumption across Telstra's owned channels
- Use dashboards and provided reporting tools to track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Analyse trends in content performance and identify areas for optimisation
- Collaborate with analysts across the business unit to connect content insights with trading, loyalty, and engagement outcomes
- Feed actionable insights into Content Specialists to inform content activation and continuous improvement
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
