The role spans analysis, design, build, deployment, and ongoing support of IGA solutions, leading and developing a chapter of identity security professionals, building capability and driving outcomes aligned to Telstra’s broader Identity Security Portfolio.
Requirements
- Advanced experience delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across SailPoint IIQ workflows, forms, access rules, and connectors.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality application integrations with automation and user experience at the core.
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle.
- Technologies: Java, J2EE, Tomcat.
- Scripting & OS: Unix scripting, Bash / shell scripting, CI/CD DevOps pipelines and automation practices.
- Cloud & container platforms: AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Directory & Identity Technologies: Advanced experience integrating with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SCIM 2.0.
- Agile Delivery, Problem Solving & Communication: Advanced application of Agile practices to improve speed and quality of delivery, Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Highly effective communicator who: Clearly articulates complex technical concepts, Adapts messaging to different audiences, Collaborates confidently across multidisciplinary teams.
- Tooling: Mandatory: Talend ETL, Optional: Python (or other high-level scripting languages), Splunk
