Requirements
- Experience working with Windows, macOS equipment centralized management and resolving 2nd level (L2) requests
- Technical knowledge in automating recurring tasks
- Familiarity with centralized management tools (Intune, RMM, MDM)
- Good command of Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written)
- Ability to independently take technical decisions and work with business customers
