IT Operations Engineer – Azure & DevOps

oferWe are seeking a highly experienced IT Operations & DevOps Engineer with a strong background in system operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management. This role requires hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and monitoring, with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with a focus on operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management. This role demands a proactive individual with an “automate everything” mindset to drive efficiency and innovation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily in Microsoft Azure.
• Design and implement Azure YAML pipelines. for CI/CD automation.
• Ensure operational excellence through proactive maintenance and lifecycle management of systems.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions in iterative cycles.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and debugging support across environments.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 5–10 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure and Azure YAML pipelines.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Java, Linux, and Ansible.
• Expertise in monitoring and alerting systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Bicep for Azure resource deployment.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Apache Cassandra and Kubernetes.

Work Methodology:

• Agile development practices.
• Emphasis on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
