The role involves deploying, configuring, and managing applications within the IAM ecosystem, supporting application development and integration activities, and troubleshooting incidents. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with experience in application operations, deployment, and troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with authentication and access management concepts.
Requirements
- Experience as an Application Expert, Application Engineer, Application Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of application operations, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with authentication and access management concepts.
- Scripting skills: PowerShell, Bash.
- Nice to have experience with identity platforms or IAM services, back-end development experience: C# or Java, front-end development experience: ASP.NET Core, React, platform experience: Linux and Windows servers running on premise in virtual machines, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control, experience with Docker and Kubernetes, understanding of monitoring, observability, or SRE principles, familiarity with identity standards like OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
