Finance Systems Manager

The Finance Systems Manager acts as a bridge between finance and IT, ensuring financial systems are optimized, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Own and manage the roadmap for Dynamics 365 Finance, including the rollout of all entities, ensuring it reflects business priorities and technical dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, particularly across modules like Fixed Assets, Expenses, Order Management, and Advanced Bank Reconciliation.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the solution meets business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and escalate system quality issues, working with technical teams to drive resolution.
• Support change management and training initiatives to improve adoption and reduce reliance on external support.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices in product ownership and agile delivery.
