Application Delivery & Load Balancing Engineer

Application Delivery & Load Balancing Engineer will contribute to the design, development, optimisation, and operational management of Epic EPR solution at the Load Balancing and Presentation layers. The role ensures secure, resilient, and high-performance access to Epic for clinical and operational users across the users organisation, leveraging expertise in Load Balancing technologies such as NetScaler, Citrix, and VMware Horizon.

Requirements

• Deep expertise within Citrix NetScaler/ADC, including configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
• Demonstrable experience delivering highly available, low-latency access at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of authentication services, certificates, TLS, and secure access patterns
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to produce clear technical documentation for diverse audiences
• Proven experience in incident management, escalation procedures, and resolution of complex technical issues
• Knowledge of change governance, change management processes, and controlled deployment methodologies
