Summary of Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior, Technical Program Manager to execute cybersecurity related initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization on major projects and play a critical role in delivering cybersecurity capabilities to the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program and project management and will have applied those skills to technology software implementations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex projects and programs to expedite deployment of critical cybersecurity related initiatives
• Manage communications across stakeholders, vendors, network, engineering, operations teams and application owners impacted by the program
• Develop and manage metrics and communications to leadership and across the organization
• Drive the development of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the projects.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop plans, track, and manage the program schedule and task details included in the technical program plan.
• Coordinate requirements, delivery schedules, milestone management, etc, managing all elements of project planning and execution, including:
  • Identify resources required to support the project(s) and define roles and responsibilities
  • Planning scope, deliverables and schedules
  • Achieving target milestones
  • Developing individual contributor assignments and schedules
  • Develop escalation process for the project.
• Communicate and manage priorities with project teams
• Ensures clear communication and alignment with stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and issues
• Develop standard frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes for overseeing the execution of the projects
• Continuously improve program management methodologies for tracking and reporting

Qualifications Expected For Position

• 7+ years of project management or program management experience, including some of those years leading technology software or cybersecurity implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion
• BS degree in a technical field such as Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, related field or relevant work experience.
• Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources and fixed deadlines
• Expertise with project management concepts, practices, tools and procedures
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and present reports to upper management
• Experience collaborating on projects with geographically-dispersed team members

• PMP Certification
