Senior BIM Specialist I

The Senior BIM Specialist I is a senior production role for team members who have chosen a career path in modeling, documentation, and BIM coordination. The successful candidate will bring deep Revit expertise to their projects, leading the modeling workflow, managing model structure and health, and ensuring TEECOM's deliverables are accurate, organized, and fully coordinated.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, BIM execution, and construction documentation across multiple projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub
