Requirements
- Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
- Degree in Architecture (RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent)
- Demonstratable professional architectural experience
- Experience delivering design-led projects
- Strong working knowledge of BIM environments and collaboration workflows
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong understanding of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations
- Experience coordinating architecture, structure, and MEP teams
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Ability to sign off architectural projects in line with UK professional regulations
