The Role:

We are seeking a NetSuite Implementation & Integration Specialist to support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite-based business processes for one of Tech Holding’s enterprise clients. In this hybrid techno-functional role, you will work closely with finance, operations, and analytics teams to configure and extend NetSuite functionality while ensuring reliable integrations with internal and external systems.

You will help translate business and financial requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions, support integrations across the organization’s systems landscape, and ensure the platform continues to support evolving operational and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of NetSuite ERP to align with finance and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with finance, analytics, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and technical solutions.
  • Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems, including ERPs, CRMs, and SaaS applications.
  • Develop and maintain API-based integrations using REST or SOAP to enable reliable data exchange across systems.
  • Configure NetSuite workflows and automation to improve business process efficiency and data consistency.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives by ensuring accurate and reliable data availability from NetSuite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite integrations, configurations, and data flows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and operations teams to support system enhancements and ongoing platform improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite in implementation, integration, or systems support roles.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with other applications via SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or RESTful APIs.
  • Experience supporting or implementing integrations between NetSuite and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations using REST or SOAP.
  • Experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SuiteAnalytics.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with finance, operations, and analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • English proficiency required.

Nice to Have:

  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics).
  • Experience working with cloud-based analytics stacks such as AWS, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with scripting or automation using Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of SaaS architecture and enterprise application integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development methodologies.
