Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS
- Previous experience in the Workforce Management/HCM/Payroll industry within Hospitality, Retail or Healthcare
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for vertical or segment-based products
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to uncover and quantify industry-specific opportunities
- Proven ability to translate customer problems into actionable roadmaps and deliver high-quality differentiating product solutions
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
- Strategic and creative problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and initiative
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging executives, customers, and sales organizations
- Passion for understanding how different industries operate—and how technology can simplify workforce management for them
