Requirements
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce merchandising, buyer marketing, promotions, or related growth focused roles
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end tentpole programs with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, and GMV
- Strong planning and follow-through skills, with the ability to translate high-level goals into detailed plans across teams and channels
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data quality checks, funnel analysis, experimentation, and impact quantification
- Proven cross-functional leadership from strategy and planning through launch, optimization and retrospectives
- Experience building, documenting and scaling operational playbooks and processes for recurring, high-visibility merchandising events
