Program Managers are accountable for the success of critical projects and initiatives in support of our strategic priorities. The members of the PMO combine energy, determination, and discipline to ensure every project and program succeeds. We demonstrate versatility in working on a variety of projects and resilience in the face of competing priorities. You will develop and manage your project timelines, identify and manage risks, manage the project budget, and oversee the communications required to ensure successful coordination across a broad group of cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.

What you will accomplish:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate to gather business needs, identify pain points, and translate them into detailed project requirements

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Agile Methodology and Adaptability: Utilize background in Agile methodologies and Agile project management practices to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize work effectively. Embrace and contribute to emerging changes to project artifacts and reporting methods as Strategic PMO evolves.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership and direction to the project team, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to key stakeholders including Senior leadership, Operations Managers, IT leadership, and Business owners.

  • Change Management: Manage the development and execution of a change management plan for project rollout and any associated training

  • Issue Resolution and Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, Identify root causes and guide the team towards most effective solutions throughout project lifecycle

  • Data Analysis: Capability to interpret data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support decision-making.

  • KPI and Metrics Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure effectiveness of projects.

  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to users after project go-live

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years in relevant industry (technology, product, business strategy, or program management)

  • Experience working with Executive Stakeholders and leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals and objectives

  • Experience supporting and influencing strategic planning, OKR setting, and executing strategic initiatives

  • Experience with one or more scaled agile frameworks and familiarity with multiple scaled agile approaches

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including program planning, risk management, governance, and resource allocation

  • Proficiency with Jira and the Atlassian product suite, as well as other project management software and the Google suite

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience with complex technical projects and driving successful outcomes in fast-paced environments

  • High level of self-motivation and comfort in ambiguous environments

  • Experience in e-Commerce, as well as Fulfillment, Compliance, or Payments projects preferred

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$84,800 - $146,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
