Tali AI is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for onboarding new users, analyzing customer journeys, and providing world-class support to customers.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Deep experience in customer workflows, user onboarding, knowledge base development, and owning the resolution of customer needs.
- Previous experience in customer support, including Tier II support, and experience in a high-growth start-to-scale environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Self-organizing, self-driving, and reliable.
- Bonus points for experience with data and analytics, adaptability to rapid growth and change, and knowledge of the healthcare industry, EHR/EMRs, and AI assistants.
