Job Title: Senior AWS Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Configure and manage AWS networking services and tools, including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and Route 53.
• Apply network security best practices and implement robust security measures to protect AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network architectures that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and architectures.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on network-related queries and best practices.
• Stay current with AWS updates and industry trends to continuously improve network infrastructure and practices.

Key Skills:

• Domain Expertise: AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty certification preferred.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining AWS network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, IPSec VPN, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking services and tools.
• Proficiency in network security best practices and tools.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto security products (Next Generation Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma) is recommended.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
