Technical Recruiter

Talent Worx is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains, including software development, IT infrastructure, and engineering. Your expertise in the technical hiring arena will be essential in identifying the right candidates who are aligned with our clients' needs.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies to attract candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and maintaining communication with candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to effectively evaluate candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and engaging approach to sourcing and candidate management.
