Talent Delivery Consultant – UAE Market (Remote from South Africa)
- Partner closely with the Talent Delivery Manager and Founder on client briefings and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
● Source, engage, and qualify candidates for technology roles across the UAE and the Middle East.
● Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparing them for interviews and helping them understand the opportunity and cultural move to the Middle East.
● Manage international recruitment complexities, including relocation considerations and regional compliance.
● Build and maintain a strong candidate network across global tech hubs.
● Ensure a high standard of communication and professionalism throughout the candidate journey.
● Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and candidate delivery.
- Previous experience recruiting in the Middle East (UAE experience).
● Strong background in technology recruitment (1–5 years of experience, agency or in- house).
● Ability to communicate confidently with technical professionals and “break the barrier” in conversations with engineers, developers, and tech specialists.
● Experience in recruiting across multiple regions and understanding international mobility challenges.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – articulate, empathetic, and persuasive.
● Self-driven, mature, and capable of managing time effectively without micromanagement.
