As a Professional Services Engineer, you will work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle — from solution design and deployment to validation, optimization, and knowledge transfer — ensuring successful outcomes and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Deliver and configure ADC (Application Delivery Controller) solutions to provide advanced load balancing, security, and performance capabilities.

Implement Carrier-Grade NAT (CGN) solutions to support IPv4 preservation, IPv6 migration, and high-scale networking environments.

Deploy DDoS protection solutions (e.g., Thunder TPS / One-DDoS Protection) for multi-vector attack detection and mitigation at scale.

- Provide architectural guidance on traffic-flow optimization, capacity planning, and high availability.
- Assist in migration and integration from legacy or third-party platforms (F5, Citrix NetScaler, Cisco ACE).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues, working with customers and internal engineering teams.
- Use tools such as protocol analyzers and traffic monitors to verify performance and security post-deployment.
- Produce professional documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and customer handoffs.
- Provide limited post-deployment support, including hypercare during go-lives and customer education sessions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in networking, application delivery, or network security — ideally in Professional Services, consulting, or project delivery.
- ADC technologies (load balancing, SSL offload, health checks, GSLB)
- Carrier-Grade NAT (CGN / CGNAT) and IPv6 transition strategies
- DDoS detection and mitigation strategies and tooling
