Job Specification: New Business Developer
Position Overview:
We are a leading digital marketing and performance agency, and are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Developer to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, selling our search marketing services, including SEO and Google Ads (PPC). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing sales, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience to make high-volume outbound calls daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make approximately 100 calls per day to companies using provided data, aiming to generate interest and set up proposals for our team.
Sales and Lead Generation: Utilise your experience in telesales to engage potential clients, generate leads, and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed records of calls, leads, and progress. Report regularly on activities and outcomes.
Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and tailored proposals are prepared and delivered to prospective clients.
Meeting Booking: Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our sales team, ensuring a seamless handover and follow-up process.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and no written communication skills to effectively convey our services and value proposition.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team, contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment. Actively participate in team meetings and share insights.
Proactive Approach: Show initiative in seeking out new opportunities and going above and beyond to achieve targets.

Experience: Proven experience in selling digital marketing services, particularly SEO and Google Ads (PPC).

Telesales Skills: Demonstrated success in telesales and lead generation.
