- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our houses and apartments
- Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market, and explore operating in other local areas
Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups)
- Email Management (Zero inbox rule)
- Guest Management (using our simple drag & drop system)
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
- Strong team communication (via Slack)
- Guest Feedback Management
Requirements
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Experience as a VA is preferrable
