The Opportunity

We’re looking for a full-time Creative Producer / Content & Web Executive based to become a core part of the business. This role exists to remove creative and operational bottlenecks, improve delivery speed, and raise consistency across content, websites and client work allowing the founder to focus on creative direction, business development and high-value video editing. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, improvement and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Design

 Create and update design assets for web, social and marketing use
 Repurpose video content (cut-downs, subtitles, multi-language, thumbnails, crops)
 Maintain brand consistency across our and client content
 Support video projects with basic editing and exports

Web and CMS

 Update and maintain our website

 Implement content and layout improvements
 Support client website updates and CMS improvements
 Recommend practical, sensible website enhancements

Social Media

 Manage and schedule our social media content
 Support client social media as a paid service
 Prepare content for approval and publishing

 Ensure correct formatting per platform

Client and Project Support

 Support client delivery and communication
 Manage feedback, assets and version control
 Keep projects organised and moving forward
 Act as a reliable point of contact once fully onboarded

 Full-time, remote (global)

 Working hours aligned with UK business hours
 Long-term role with scope to grow
