Job description
As a 360 Tech Recruiter with a strong focus on business development, you will be responsible for owning the entire recruitment lifecycle - from winning new clients to placing candidates. This role demands a commercially driven individual who can build and manage accounts while delivering high-quality recruitment services across tech markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business development across assigned territories (UK, EU, US)- Win and sign new clients within the tech space
Build, manage, and deliver into your own accounts
End-to-end recruitment delivery across contract and/or perm tech roles
Develop and grow a specific tech market or vertical- Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates
- Leverage warm leads while actively sourcing cold leads
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and hiring activity within your chosen specialism
- Maintain and grow revenue from self-won accounts
Markets generally covered
Primary focus on the UK market (approx. 75%)- Additional coverage across the US and select European markets, including:
- France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, and Belgium. No delivery required in Switzerland
- Strong preference for candidates with experience or working knowledge of these regions
- Must have a solid understanding of local hiring practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances relevant to the regions covered
Requirements
Proven experience in a full 360 tech recruitment role- Strong business development background and ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Confident handling warm and cold outreach
- Experience working remotely with minimal oversight
- Clear track record of billing performance, ideally over the past 3 years
- Ability to independently manage accounts and candidates across multiple regions
- Familiarity with your chosen market/vertical, and ability to bolt on new clients
- Experience working UK or EU recruitment markets is essential
- Comfortable in a commission-led environment (eat what you kill model)
