Communications Manager

Tala is a AI-native credit infrastructure company looking for a Communications Manager to lead external and internal communications efforts, including thought-leadership programs, media relations, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in communications in-house or agency
• Strong communicator that can implement strategies across different channels
• Strong understanding of crypto and AI
• Strong relationships with key media, reporters, and stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of corporate communications strategies including PR & owned content (e.g., blog, social media)
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance
• Creative problem solver and fast learner
• Ability to work cross functionally with different teams and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
