The Specialty Business Manager (SBM) will be responsible for driving demand for assigned products through education, engaging with healthcare providers, and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices and clinics. The SBM will develop and apply business processes to benefit patients and lead to the achievement of sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree – BA/BS
- 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience.
- Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify unique selling opportunities and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
