The role involves responding to customer support inquiries, identifying product and process improvements, and developing an expert knowledge of the product, customers, and industry.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working in a customer support or operations role, preferably in the FinTech or alternative investments industries
- Intermediate knowledge of venture investing, fund accounting, or related fields
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage many tasks at once without dropping the ball
- Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
