Sword Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Psychologist to join our new mental health initiative. This is a unique opportunity to join an initiative aimed at reshaping the way mental wellness is provided. As the first clinician on this team, you will provide support to members and help define the program's design and operations. We're looking for someone passionate about reshaping the mental health industry by leveraging technology and incorporating holistic care, including physical activity, sleep, nutrition, and mindfulness. This role starts with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position over time.
What you will be doing:
- Provide care focused on helping members implement lifestyle changes that support mental resilience.
- Implement best practices to foster member engagement, encourage the development of healthy routines, and ensure accountability throughout the program.
- Help shape the care plan and product experience based on learnings from member interactions and your expertise to maximize engagement and health outcomes.
What you will need:
- PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited graduate program.
- Valid and unrestricted state licensure and ongoing maintenance of professional licensure and certification.
- Passion for innovating the mental health industry and understanding the interplay of lifestyle interventions and mental wellness.
- Demonstrated ability to guide patients in making lifestyle changes related to physical activity, sleep, nutrition, and/or mindfulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to client care.
