Region 2 - Recruiting Manager

Establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand throughout the market while recruiting and retaining field talent and clients.

Requirements

• Maintain operational excellence through achieving the “Minimum Performance Standards” as outlined each Fiscal Year
• Support gross profit (GP) goals of the Division with value calculator management
• Achieve 100% of personal revenue budget
• Achieve 90% Retention of field talent through the Talent for Life scorecard
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor and engage field talent
• Evaluate and assess applicant’s viability for employment for SHC’s clients based on each unique job posting
• Manage and be accountable for individual p&l with ownership of how each p&l impacts the Division budget
• Act as a team player and mentor to new office talent within the Division and the Company
