We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Service Engineer to join our growing team in Italy, crucial for maintaining excellent service standards and supporting partners and customers in the rapidly expanding Italian market.
Requirements
- Manage hotline and ticket systems for distributors, installers, and end-users
- Provide training sessions to distributors and installers in the region
- Support onsite troubleshooting/commissioning activities in the related region
- Assist with pre-sales customer visits in collaboration with the Account Manager
- Create and maintain FAQs, online courses, and documentation for the region
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for the department center
