About StrawberryFrog

View company profile

At the heart of StrawberryFrog is a culture of 'Movement Thinking'. Founded in 1999 by Scott Goodson and Karin Drakenberg, the agency was born from a desire to disrupt the status quo of traditional advertising. They saw the industry as bloated and slow—'dinosaurs'—and positioned themselves as the agile, poisonous 'strawberry frog' capable of taking down much larger competitors. This 'David vs. Goliath' mentality permeates their culture, driving them to help clients 'Outleap' the competition through speed, agility, and innovation.

StrawberryFrog is not just about selling products; it is about sparking 'Cultural Movements'. They believe that the most effective way to grow a brand is to align it with a higher purpose that galvanizes both consumers and employees. This philosophy, known as 'Movement Marketing', moves beyond traditional advertising to create shared purpose and meaningful change. Whether it is transforming employee culture from the inside or launching a brand revolution on the outside, StrawberryFrog's team of 'frogs' works tirelessly to activate purpose and drive positive business outcomes. Their culture values creativity, disruption, and a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude, fostering an environment where diverse talents can thrive and make a real impact.
