We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to design and refine systemic gameplay mechanics, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers. The role involves creating clear design documentation, specifications, and presentations, and working with programmers and AI teams to ensure gameplay systems are technically robust and scalable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer on AA/AAA productions
- Strong background in systemic gameplay, player tools, and feature ownership from prototype to final implementation
- Experience designing player-driven scenarios, systemic thinking, and ability to create mechanics that interact in emergent ways
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
