Account Manager, Core Accounts job posting for a commercially driven Account Executive to take ownership of a portfolio of ~30 core customers and turn them into growth engines. The role involves driving measurable revenue growth across an installed base, deepening relationships, identifying whitespace, and unlocking the full potential of accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of success and exceeding budget/quota by upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships
  • Commercial mindset: you're comfortable owning pipeline, forecasting, and closing
  • Experience in industries like Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Clari is helpful
