Responsibilities |

• Develop and refine pricing frameworks and monetization models.
• Build and iterate dynamic pricing models.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests for pricing strategies.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal rates.
• Work with Product and Revenue teams to ensure pricing is aligned with product roadmap, positioning, and customer needs
• Lead the building and maintaining pricing models using advanced techniques, business intelligence tools, and forecasting software.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track key metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available unit (RevPAR).
• Build demand forecasting models for occupancy, elasticity, and seasonality per market.

About you |

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management.
• Proven track record in A/B testing: design, execution, statistical analysis, and implementation of learnings.
• Strong information architecture experience: structuring, governing, and optimizing data systems and workflows across multiple teams.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R a plus).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and pricing optimization software.
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance long-term strategy and short-term revenue goals.
• Excellent communication skills: persuasive with executives, clear with cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable in high-growth, fast-changing environments with incomplete data.
