As a People Operations Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our HR processes and ensure that the entire Employee Lifecycle runs smoothly at Statista, a leading business data platform.

Requirements

Fundamental experience in HR/People Operations and process optimization
Safe handling of HRIS tools like Personio
Basic knowledge of Payroll, labor law, and GDPR
Clear, empathetic communication and high service orientation towards employees and managers
Proactive mindset with high drive and the ability to bring your own ideas effectively into HR processes
Secure knowledge of German and English
