Germany onlyAt Statista, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to build and operate our company-wide event bus platform. You will design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure for a scalable, self-service platform that enables teams across the organization to produce and consume events reliably.
Requirements
- 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
- Strong hands-on AWS experience (compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring)
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK (preferred), Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Comfortable with Docker, Python scripting, and Linux administration
