Requirements

Design and operate a company-wide event bus built on Kafka
Define and maintain all infrastructure as code using AWS CDK
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with zero-downtime deployments and robust rollback capabilities
Create self-service tooling and documentation
Instrument the platform with Datadog and define SLOs
Embed security best practices from day one
