Our customer is a rapidly growing D2C brand in the lifestyle segment that has developed from a strong community into a profitable e-commerce business with over 1 million orders, its own festivals with thousands of visitors, and a start-up brand that is now entering the next phase of scaling - 9-figure sales and expansion to the USA.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance or growth marketing in the growing D2C environment, ideally in fashion or streetwear.
• Verifiable track record in scaling paid channels with a focus on profitable growth.
• Experience in building teams and structures in dynamic growth phases.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the integration of brand and performance.
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking and a sense of target groups, trends, and culture.
