We founded Standard Bots because we believe that automation can lead to a better world. By performing time-consuming, repetitive, and dangerous tasks, robotics gives us more time to be creative, spend time with loved ones, and chase our dreams.

Though the potential of this technology is immense, when we looked around we saw a broken robotics market — one with enormous upfront costs, excessively complex software, and outdated support systems that make it impossible for many business to take advantage of automation’s vast benefits.

So we assembled a team of experts to build a new robot, write custom software for it, and develop a new kind of subscription model that opens the world of automation to everyone.

Expanding access to robotics doesn’t end when our customers receive their product either. We are committed to offering the best ongoing support to keep every RO1 operating at the cutting edge.

Automation will define our future, so it must be widely available and applied toward a noble mission. We’ve taken the first step, and we’re just getting started.
