Requirements
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter, agency recruiter, or interim recruiter hiring GTM roles in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong track record delivering hires across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Implementation roles
- Hands-on sourcing capability with confidence approaching passive candidates directly
- Strong process management skills with ability to move multiple roles quickly and efficiently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with strong understanding of revenue-generating functions
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable operating with urgency
