St Vincent's is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Care Services Compliance Transformation Program on a six-month engagement with a strong focus on requirements definition, platform assessment, RFP development, and vendor procurement within a complex healthcare environment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years Project Management experience in healthcare, aged care, or regulated environments
- Demonstrated experience leading RFP processes, vendor selection, and procurement activities
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business process assessment
- Experience engaging clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured documentation and evaluation models
- Familiarity with compliance-driven programs (aged care highly regarded)
- Experience with platform reviews or system replacement initiatives
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards or regulatory frameworks
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification
