Job Description
About The Team:
SSENSE is seeking an experienced SAP Lead to join our team. The person will be responsible for leading a team and analyzing and designing SAP Finance & Order to Cash processes. This includes areas such as Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Month End closing, Intercompany Sales, and other related processes. They will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure that SAP Finance functionality meets the business needs. Additionally, they will collaborate with other functional teams, including Procure to Pay, Logistics, Integration, Workday, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in SAP Finance implementation and support, as well as leadership skills to lead a team and work with stakeholders to provide support and suggest system and process improvements.

Qualifications
How To Excel In This Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Finance implementation and support.
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading and managing a team.
- In-depth understanding of Order to Cash processes, including Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Month End closing, Intercompany Sales, and other related processes.
- Strong technical skills in SAP Finance, including configuration and testing.
