Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Advertising. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
- Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Candidate Experience. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. - Talent Scouting. Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Trend Monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- ATS Utilization. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Enthusiasm. Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.
- Presentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
- Quick Learner. You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.
- Attention to Detail. You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates.
- Organization. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
- Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language: Required language is English.
- Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools.
- Nice to Have. Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be an advantage.
