Sr. Functional Consultant Lead – Incentive Comp CX - Remote(Travel required to OH)
Occasional travel required to Cleveland, OH.

Overview: Lead the implementation of incentive compensation solutions within the Customer Experience (CX) suite.
Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize incentive compensation plans to align with client goals.

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable CX solutions.

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation tracking.

• Provide strategic guidance and support for CX module adoption.
  Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in CX incentive compensation.

• Proficiency in Oracle CX or similar platforms.

• Strong business acumen and client-facing skills.
