Affiliate SEO Team Lead

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products in online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, building strong positions in the CIS market while continuing global growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for an Affiliate SEO Team Lead.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Manage and develop the Affiliate Managers team.

• Control KPI performance.

• Scale current SEO affiliates and attract new partners.

• Control and improve channel profitability (ROI, LTV, CFD).

📚 Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior SEO specialist in the affiliate industry.

• At least 1 year of team management experience (2+ people).

• Strong expertise in SEO (on-page / off-page / technical SEO).

• Experience working with CIS GEOs.

• Practical experience with Ahrefs and Semrush.

• Experience in a product company.

• Experience working with Listing Fee / Flat Fee / FIX models.
