We are looking for a Sales Strategist to manage the day-to-day sales responsibilities at our Active Adult 55+ communities during times of transition or vacancies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in multifamily housing, active adult, senior housing or hospitality
- Regional sales or multi-site support experience, preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet occupancy goals
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Quick-thinking problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Exceptional relationship-building skills—able to work well with a variety of personalities and adapt to different community cultures
- Strong organizational skills to prepare and optimize sales offices for smooth transitions
- Experience with onboarding and training new team members in a sales setting
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Yardi, Welcome Home, or similar)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with regional leadership
- Commitment to servant leadership—a team player who genuinely cares about supporting others
- Must have reliable transportation; flexibility to work a regular Tues-Sat schedule
- Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
