A Day in the Life:
- Partner with business and technical teams to map out current processes and design optimized workflows for order management, fulfillment, and integration between Oracle and Salesforce systems.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between operational needs and system functionality.
- Analyze ERP data models and workflows in Oracle Fusion to support enhancements, integrations, and automation of professor and retailer order management processes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to design and configure solutions within Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud that align with business objectives.
- Support end-to-end testing, including system configuration validation, data flow testing, and integration quality checks between ERP and Salesforce environments.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements for development and QA teams.
- Participate in UI/UX design discussions to ensure a user-friendly experience for both internal and external stakeholders interacting with the OMS platform.
- Coordinate documentation of new workflows, integrations, and configurations for knowledge transfer and ongoing system maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication throughout all phases of development and deployment.
- Provide post-implementation support, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement for system stability and scalability.
