A Day in the Life:
- Manage end-to-end ETL processes for clinic data, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading into client environments.
- Export data from existing electronic health record (EHR) systems and prepare it for integration.
- Transform datasets into CSV formats aligned with Cerbo specifications.
- Perform data imports for new clients in advance of scheduled go-live dates.
- Conduct testing and QA of import processes to confirm data integrity before launch.
- Update or modify extraction scripts to accommodate EHR schema or data structure changes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly to internal stakeholders for visibility and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with implementation and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and data transitions.
- Maintain documentation for ETL procedures, data mappings, and script updates for future reference and scalability.
