A Day in the Life:

• Manage end-to-end ETL processes for clinic data, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading into client environments.
• Export data from existing electronic health record (EHR) systems and prepare it for integration.
• Transform datasets into CSV formats aligned with Cerbo specifications.
• Perform data imports for new clients in advance of scheduled go-live dates.
• Conduct testing and QA of import processes to confirm data integrity before launch.
• Update or modify extraction scripts to accommodate EHR schema or data structure changes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to internal stakeholders for visibility and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with implementation and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and data transitions.
• Maintain documentation for ETL procedures, data mappings, and script updates for future reference and scalability.
