As a Backend you will be part of the Data Reconciliations Team.

🟣 The skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer using Java & Python.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced SQL.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with ETL processes or data pipeline development.
- Experience using Git and working in agile environments.
- Analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Adaptability to a constantly changing roadmap.
- Autonomy in tasks executions.
- Ability to communicate complicated technical problems to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the payment industry.
- Experience working in data-intensive environments or with data infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Spark, DBT, or similar data frameworks.
- Knowledge of Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
- Background in payments or fintech industries.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
