Requirements
- Advises sales leadership and business stakeholders on commercial systems, digital capabilities, and process optimization
- Manages end-to-end sales requirements for new and existing sales applications
- Leads root cause analysis and resolution for system defects and enhancement requests
- Defines project terms and sets clear objectives and expectations for sales initiatives
- Implements sales and system-enabled processes and analytics
- Evaluates KPIs and Metrics, providing feedback and guidance to improve individual and team sales achievements
